Stellenbeschreibung * Execute thermal-vacuum and thermal cycling tests on spaceflight hardware * Develop and implement environmental test procedures in collaboration with Test Leads * Monitor, control and evaluate environmental test campaigns * Maintain thermal-vacuum chambers and associated test equipment * Define test processes and environmental test facility configurations * Support the specification of environmental test equipment in collaboration with engineering teams * Analyze test results and prepare technical reports * Create and maintain procedures, work instructions and operational standards Profil * 3-5 years of experience in AIT, environmental testing or laboratory operations, preferably in the aerospace industry * Experience with thermal cycling, thermal-vacuum testing and precision metrology * Knowledge of space standards, environmental test setups and spacecraft qualification testing * Proven ability to develop, execute and report environmental test campaigns * Hands-on experience with metrology equipment such as CMMs and laser trackers * Strong understanding of spaceflight hardware and environmental test requirements * Willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends * Fluent in English; German is an advantage Das Angebot * Teamspirit und Diversität * Work-Life-Balance * Attraktive Vergütung * Sozialleistungen * Vielseitige Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten * Team- und Sportevents * Globales Netzwerk * Attraktives Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm Die Benefits können je nach Position und Standort variieren.
