Working Student Special Operations

Your role

As a Working Student in Special Operations, you’ll support and drive cross-functional, high impact projects across multiple markets in Europe, playing a pivotal role in our mission to change the way people eat, forever.

What you'll do:

• Drive International Impact: Support and lead high-stakes, transformative operational projects across our European markets
• Bridge Business Units: Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams and European markets, acting as a connector within the business
• Turn Data into Action: Identify growth opportunities, analyze complex data sets and be curious to build your own software to help develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Own Your Schedule: Balance your studies with a flexible 20-hour work week in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly rewarding environment

What you bring:

• You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field) and have at least 18 months of studies remaining.
• You bring a solid foundation in Operations or Supply Chain Management, backed by either practical internship experience or a dedicated academic focus.
• With your sharp analytical mindset, you thrive when solving complex, unstructured problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work confidently in an international environment.
• You're proactive, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Business-fluent English comes naturally to you; additional proficiency in German is a plus.
• You're proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and have already started experimenting with or integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to boost productivity.
