Job description

## What you will do - Own and manage the SiC product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, including product positioning, specification definition, quality requirements and pricing strategy. - Define and drive the SiC product roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, optimisation and business growth. - Develop and execute the global SiC product strategy and long-term portfolio planning. - Deliver annual revenue and margin targets by driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful execution of business plans. - Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to achieve business case objectives and accelerate market adoption. - Own business case development, execution and fulfilment throughout the product lifecycle. - Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor benchmarking, technology trend monitoring and application analysis. - Act as the key interface between product marketing, development, operations, quality, sales and other Business Group stakeholders. - Support customer engagement activities and translate market requirements into actionable product strategies ## What you will need - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or a related technical discipline. - At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, product management or a similar commercial semiconductor role. - Strong knowledge of power semiconductors, with experience in SiC, power electronics or related applications being highly desirable. - Understanding of electronic hardware systems and customer application requirements. - Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and drive product portfolio growth. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus and commercial awareness. - Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organisation. - Ability to work effectively across international and multicultural teams. - Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. - Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10–15%).
