PreMaster Program - Communications & Community Building (AI & Digital Transformation)

In this role, you will:
- Become part of a cross-functional team working on Artificial Intelligence, full-stack software development, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Enhance current communication and marketing strategy to strengthen the visibility of our department and services within the Bosch organization.
- Create engaging content for internal communication channels and social media platforms, bringing our innovations and success stories to life.
- Build and foster an active digital community by identifying suitable communication formats and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across regions, domains, and countries to connect stakeholders and drive participation.
- Measure and track the impact of communication activities and derive recommendations to further increase engagement.
- Maintain and continuously enhance our internal communication presence with fresh and relevant content.
- Education: Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Digital Business, or a comparable field. Strong academic performance and the intention to pursue a Master's degree.
- Experience and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English, first experience in communication, marketing, community management, or social media, interest in digital technologies, AI, automation, and software development, experience with content creation, communication campaigns, or social media platforms is a plus
- Personality: curious, creative, and passionate about learning, open-minded and enthusiastic about emerging technologies and digital transformation, confident in interacting with diverse stakeholders, motivated to actively shape communities, drive engagement, and make an impact.
- Working style: Structured, organized, and self-driven, able to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environments, strong ownership mentality and willingness to take initiative, comfortable managing multiple topics in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
