Join our dynamic team as a Quality Line Side (d/m/w) specialist in Hamburg Finkenwerder. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with aircraft manufacturing processes by ensuring product quality and executing technical inspections in an organized, technical, and innovative environment. The position requires full-time commitment (35 hours per week) with a two-shift schedule. As a vital part of our team, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, managing non-conformities, and supporting quality assurance personnel. - Ensure product quality and oversee product-related activities through technical inspections during aircraft manufacturing. - Authorize components for the next production process stage, including deviation management. - Create, monitor, and close non-conformities, such as deviation reports and troubleshooting tasks. - Provide professional guidance and support to production staff within the quality domain. - Train and onboard quality assurance personnel, including setting and assessing practical work samples. - Conduct and visualize Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities and analyze quality problems using PPS methods. Work in a team where structured and detail-oriented tasks meet innovation. #### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in technical areas and an eagerness to engage in quality control tasks. Your expertise and attention to detail will make you a valuable asset to our team. Below are the key requirements: - Completed vocational training as a certified Aircraft Builder or an equivalent technical qualification. - Professional experience (2+ years) in areas such as aviation, electrical systems, mechanics, helicopter manufacturing, or quality assurance. - Proficient in IT systems, including SAP and Google Workspace. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, preferably holding a master's-level qualification or equivalent experience. - Highly proficient in German and confident English communication skills (both written and oral). - Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with a high level of accountability. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple levels within the organization. - A prerequisite of specific qualification packages (3.1, 4, and 9) as outlined. - Special requirements: 808P visual acuity test and G37 screen workstation checks are mandatory for quality inspectors. #### Benefits: We value our employees and offer an attractive compensation and benefits package, which includes: - An unlimited employment contract. - A standard 35-hour workweek. - 30 days of annual leave. - A competitive annual salary based on the Equal Pay model. - The ability to manage overtime flexibly, including time off in lieu or financial compensation.
