## Customer Support Specialist | English + Spanish OR French OR Dutch | Berlin ( m/f/d) Adecco  Berlin, Germany (On-site) **We're Hiring: Energy Support Specialist (Onsite – Berlin)** For one of our international clients, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for **Energy Support Specialists** to join a dynamic and customer-focused team in **Berlin, Germany**. What you'll do: - Provide professional customer support via phone and email. - Assist customers with residential energy products and services. - Resolve technical and general inquiries efficiently. - Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. - Escalate complex cases when needed. What we're looking for: - **Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.** - Fluency in **Spanish, French, or Dutch** is required in addition to English. - Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with CRM systems - A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
