The role
The day-to-day

Take ownership of a defined set of programme tasks within the Land domain, managing your workstream from planning through to delivery and producing high-quality outputs with limited oversight

Build and maintain working-level relationships with customers within your area of responsibility, supporting stakeholder interactions and ensuring actions from meetings are tracked and followed through

Develop and maintain programme tracking tools and risk registers, providing clear and timely status updates to programme leadership and flagging issues at the earliest opportunity

Support cross-functional coordination across internal teams, ensuring the right capabilities are available within your workstream and that dependencies are identified and resolved proactively

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Helsing's programme management practice by applying structured approaches and translating lessons learned into repeatable processes
You should apply if you

Have supported or coordinated delivery workstreams within a defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environment, taking ownership of defined tasks and managing them to completion independently

Have built and maintained project tracking tools or risk registers and can produce clear, accurate status reports for programme leadership

Can apply structured, best-in-class project management approaches and are committed to developing your practice, whether or not you hold a formal certification

Communicate with full fluency in English and German (C1), written and spoken, and are comfortable navigating standard defence and procurement terminology

Are willing to travel regularly to partner and customer locations and can meet all requirements for national security clearance under applicable law
Nice to have

Have some exposure to defence procurement structures or government contract environments, gained through a placement, internship or supporting proposal activity
