That makes the portal the most connected surface in all of Supply, and the one most at risk of fragmenting as team after team builds into it.</p> <p>This team exists to make sure it doesn't happen. We own the foundations everyone else builds on, the design system, navigation, communication and we own how the whole thing feels to use: how suppliers get set up, find their way around, stay on top of what's new, and get unstuck when they need help. When we get it right, the payoff lands twice. Every Supply team ships faster on top of us, and suppliers get one coherent product instead of the seams between the teams behind it.</p> <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3> <p>As a Senior Product Manager, you will own this product area end-to-end. We're looking for someone who can hold a coherent twelve-month vision for the portal as a platform while making the supplier experience measurably better today.</p> <ul> <li>Set the strategy for the Supplier Portal as both a platform and a coherent supplier experience, translating it into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and an explicit view of what you will not do.</li> <li>Own the coherence of the cross-portal supplier experience, raising the bar on how suppliers navigate the portal, stay informed of what's new, and help themselves when they're stuck, with the help experience growing more intelligent over time.</li> <li>Own the shared foundations the rest of Supply depends on, and make them the default other teams reach for rather than rebuild.</li> <li>Use data and supplier insight to find the highest-leverage opportunities, measure impact, and iterate based on outcomes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your toolkit</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area with genuine autonomy at a fast-paced tech company.</li> <li>Experience with platform, design-system, or internal-facing products, where your customers include other product and engineering teams, and your impact shows up in their velocity and consistency.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills: you define the right success metrics and make evidence-based prioritization calls.</li> <li>Hands-on AI fluency: you actively use LLMs and AI tools in how you work and build, so you can judge where they genuinely unlock better outcomes&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder work and build alignment across teams you don't own.</li> <li>Experience with B2B product, marketplace platforms, or supplier/partner-facing tools is a strong plus.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development</li> <li>Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year</li> <li>A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.</li> <li>Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events</li> <li>Monthly transportation and fitness budget</li> <li>Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities</li> <li>Language reimbursement program</li> <li>Health and wellness benefits</li> </ul> <p>And more…</p> <h3><strong>How to apply</strong></h3> <p>Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
