We are on the lookout for a Senior Group Controller (Fixed-term – 1 year) to join the Finance Insights team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Hero's financial stability and growth. In the Finance & Investor Relations Team, you'll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions, helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning, your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Hero's ability to innovate, expand, and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.
Prepare and present monthly analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast for Group Management, with a strong focus on Group Costs, liquidity planning, and execution against budget.
Own and coordinate Group Costs and Segment Cost Allocations, ensuring accurate and timely treatment across monthly actuals, best estimates, and the annual budgeting process.
Consolidate, review, and challenge Group financial and KPI performance across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational metrics, and prepare dashboards and reporting materials for C-level management and the Supervisory Board.
Maintain and continuously improve Group consolidation and liquidity planning processes, ensuring high data quality, reliable reporting, and effective support for Treasury planning.
Act as a key finance partner to central functions and local finance teams, providing guidance on financial reporting topics, accounting treatment, P&L classification, and related reporting matters.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, support internal and external audits, and contribute to ad-hoc finance initiatives and cross-functional projects.
5+ years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or group reporting, with hands-on exposure to complex financial analysis and reporting environments.
A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA are a plus.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidated financial statements, and group reporting, combined with solid financial modelling and analytical skills.
Proven ability to take ownership of complex topics, work independently, and translate financial data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial topics clearly and collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and availability to work in the role until January 2028.
