We are looking for a skilled and driven Cabin Integration Project Manager (d/m/w) to join our team in Finkenwerder. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in the Cabin & ESI/MSI department, contributing to driving risk and opportunity management, supporting lead strategies, and delivering project management milestones according to established methodologies. This position demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Develop and manage risk and opportunity frameworks within the Cabin/ESI/MSI perimeter. - Apply programme strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and competitive enhancements. - Lead or support strategic de-risking and improvement initiatives in line with programme objectives. - Create, drumbeat, and deliver project documentation in alignment with project management methodologies. - Handle crisis management and arbitration for programme challenges, ensuring smooth operations. - Contribute to programme governance and introduce innovative ways of working within the team. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing top-down management updates and bottom-up escalation. - Allocate and manage AOP (Airbus Operational Planning) budgets for specific budget lines. #### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: To thrive in this role, you should bring a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills suited for collaborating with a diverse team.
