## Your Tasks - Develop market research plans that address key business priorities, aligned to business strategy - Actively consult with the category teams to ensure the innovation pipeline is rooted in consumer trends and insights - Conception, steering and quality control of market research projects independently; consulting internal stakeholders in the interpretation and evaluation of research results - Translate data & insights into concrete, actionable and business-oriented recommendations that drive impactful business decisions - Drive a consumer centric culture, building a strong sense of consumer empathy within category teams and acting as an advocate for the consumer point of view - Active transfer of consumer knowledge/insights throughout the organization by connecting generated data across categories & methods - Communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and impact - Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to challenge the status quo and drive better business outcomes - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate and pilot innovative market research tools to enhance methodologies - Contribute to and lead strategic projects, methodologies, and cross-functional taskforces with reliability and ownership - Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global CMI teams, as well as cross-functional partners (R&D, CCS), to foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning ## Your Profile - Extensive experience across qualitative & quantitative research methodologies, with a proven track record of steering market research projects in FMCG industry or experience in research agency - Demonstrate a digital-first mindset, experience with digital & AI market research tools is preferred - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights from research results into actionable business decisions - Ability to design research to answer strategic questions and manage end-to-end research projects independently - Strong communication skills, able to effectively persuade and guide stakeholders - Actively seeks opportunities for exposure, experience & learning e.g. X-functional projects or tasks and makes an active effort to close development gaps - Adapts quickly and contributes positively & constructively in times of change, approaches challenges with an open & solution-oriented mindset - Collaborative team player, self-motivated, takes personal accountability for results, performance & development - Fluent in English, both written and spoken Please note: This position is offered as a fixed-term contract with an initial duration of two years.
