We are a growth-stage commercial company leading innovations in biodegradable implants and micro invasive technologies for interventional radiology, gastrointestinal and open surgical procedures that will change the face of healthcare, provide better clinical outcomes and lower the overall cost of care. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** - Customer Care: Act as reliable point of contact for our international client base, including customers in the USA. - Order Management: Process and manage customer orders within our ERP system. - Documentation: Issue shipping documents, commercial invoices, and necessary customs documentation. - Shipment Tracking: Track shipments, and proactively follow up with customers regarding status updates. - Internal Collaboration: Interface closely with internal departments, including the sales team, to align business operations with customer needs.  **What You Bring to the Team:** - 3+ years of experience in order management / customer service / after sales or comparable operational role. - Experience working with an ERP system in a manufacturing company. - Familiar with MS Office - Fluency in both German and English language is required.
