As a Strategic Buyer (d/f/m), you will join a dynamic team responsible for procurement and supplier management for commercial aircraft programs in the Finkenwerder location. This full-time position offers a challenging and multifaceted role with responsibilities that span the entire lifecycle of supplier contracts, from innovation and development to series production and support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal purchasing conditions, strong supplier performance, and successful contract negotiations. The Finkenwerder location provides a vibrant work setting, offering exposure to cutting-edge aerospace projects and multidisciplinary teams. - Contribute to procurement activities, including tender management and contract negotiations, to achieve the best purchasing conditions aligned with company requirements. - Monitor and ensure full compliance with contract terms during all lifecycle phases, from development through to support. - Manage day-to-day supplier relationships while implementing projects that optimize customer value and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with multifunctional and multidivisional teams across the tender, contract, and contract lifecycle phases. - Lead commercial negotiations, including changes to product portfolios. - Ensure suppliers meet expectations across logistics, quality, support, and cost dimensions. #### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, and who has the drive to succeed in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in strategic purchasing, contract management, or supply chain optimization is highly valuable. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field. - 0-3 years of professional experience in procurement, operational and strategic sourcing, or contract management. - Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and Google Workspace. - Basic understanding and experience with project management, process management, and risk management. - Very good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. - Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous. - Experience in the aerospace industry or familiarity with its processes is a plus. #### Benefits: This position offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal needs.
