Join us as a Website Project Manager Intern and help shape how Qonto presents its products to SMEs across Germany and the Netherlands. You'll support our website product managers in coordinating cross-functional projects, from product launches to page revamps, that directly drive customer acquisition and conversion, working closely with Zehra, our PM for Northern Europe.
What you'll do
- Coordinate product launches on the website: You'll work with web engineers, designers, SEO, and local marketing teams to ensure new Qonto products are showcased in a way that drives visibility and conversion.
- Own the localization pipeline for Germany and the Netherlands: You'll keep coordination between content, comms, and local marketing teams on track so localized pages go live on time, every time.
- Support key page revamps that move the needle: You'll help define website journeys and structures that improve conversion rates, and measure the impact with data after each release.
- Be the project management backbone for our Northern Europe PM: You'll manage timelines, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications so Zehra, our PM for Germany and the Netherlands, can stay focused on strategy.
- Bring AI into your workflow: You'll use AI tools to work faster on coordination, content tracking, and reporting, Qonto is AI-native and we expect you to be too.
What we're looking for
- Fluent in German and English: You're comfortable working in both languages in a professional setting.
- Rigorous and organised: You've juggled multiple moving parts before and nothing slips when you're running a project.
- Comfortable with data: You can read a dashboard, spot what matters, and turn a metric into a recommendation.
- Agile and adaptable: You can switch from localization tracking to page performance analysis to stakeholder follow-ups without losing quality.
- Curious about digital products: You've looked at a website and thought about conversion and user journeys, not just design.
What we can offer you
- Real ownership from day one: You'll work on initiatives that move actual conversion metrics for Germany and the Netherlands, not shadow projects.
- A seat at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering: You'll see how a scaling fintech manages its website strategy end-to-end.
- A mentor who's fully invested: You'll be paired with Zehra, our PM for Northern Europe, who will guide you through real product management work in Berlin.
- An office where things actually happen: You'll join a team of 3 Berlin-based product managers — a real collaborative dynamic environment.
Your future manager
You'll formally report to Bamby Combaluzier, Head of Website at Qonto. Bamby brings deep product and growth expertise to a team where qonto.com is Qonto's #1 acquisition channel. Your day-to-day mentor will be Zehra, our PM for Northern Europe based in Berlin, she'll guide you through real PM work on Germany and the Netherlands from day one.
