To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
**Staff Assistant Conference Services (SBM)** (m/w/d)
**What tasks will you be responsible for in particular?**
• Support the building Manager for all JSEC buildings related to conferences, events, meetings and visits.
• Support preparation and execution of activities which require VTC, Briefing Rooms or other locations inside and outside the JSEC buildings.
• Support coordination of maintenance and repair measures for all JSEC buildings related to conferences, events, meetings and visits, including outside activities.
• Support for all Building related topics such as accompaniment of external craftsmen etc.
• Provide support and duties related to conference services as directed by Branch Head Protocol.
• Coordination of Conference Room bookings.
• Support the storage of furniture and equipment in the relevant buildings.
• Operate of all IT and VTC Systems within JSEC buildings (vocational training will be provided by JSEC) related to conferences, events, meetings and visits.
• General office work.
**What should you bring with you?**
• Secondary education and completed vocational training in a building / facility management related area.
• Proven job-related knowledge acquired through at least 3-year job related experience.
• Driving license equivalent to European class B.
• Good appearance and a natural manner with guests.
• Familiarity with common IT Software such as MS Office.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German.
• You can provide evidence of a current Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2) security clearance, or you must be willing to participate in an extended security clearance process in accordance with the Security Clearance Act. Successful completion of the security clearance is mandatory to take up duty for the advertised position.
