<p>As an <strong>Outbound Account Executive</strong>, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team driving growth and helping entrepreneurs access the tools they need to succeed.</p>
<p data-start="156" data-end="240">We are currently building a <strong data-start="184" data-end="239">new, high-performing outbound sales team in Germany</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="242" data-end="426">As an <strong data-start="248" data-end="284">Account Executive โ Outbound SMB</strong>, you will take <strong data-start="300" data-end="344">full ownership of the entire sales cycle</strong> โ from identifying and qualifying target customers to successfully closing deals.</p>
<p data-start="428" data-end="588">You will work <strong data-start="442" data-end="475">proactively in outbound sales</strong>, focusing on <strong data-start="489" data-end="536">established small merchants (upmarket SMBs)</strong> with <strong data-start="542" data-end="587">monthly transaction volumes above โฌ15,000</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="590" data-end="806">In this role, you are <strong data-start="612" data-end="641">not a pure product seller</strong>, but a <strong data-start="649" data-end="681">trusted solutions consultant</strong>, engaging customers as an equal partner, understanding their needs, and positioning the right <strong data-start="776" data-end="805">payment and POS solutions</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="808" data-end="959">This <strong data-start="813" data-end="839">newly created position</strong> offers you the opportunity to <strong data-start="870" data-end="893">take real ownership</strong>, <strong data-start="895" data-end="914">shape processes</strong>, and <strong data-start="920" data-end="958">actively develop the German market</strong>.</p>

<p>๐ฅ <strong>Own the full sales cycle</strong> โ from first outreach to deal closed</p>
<p><br>๐ <strong>Proactively reach out</strong> to small business prospects via cold calls, emails, and social channels</p>
<p><br>๐บ๏ธ <strong>Manage your own sales territory</strong>, including market research and competitive analysis</p>
<p><br>๐ <strong>Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline</strong> that drives consistent results</p>
<p><br>๐ง <strong>Lead structured discovery & consultation meetings</strong> to understand customer needs and position our payment, POS, and kiosk solutions</p>
<p><br>๐ค <strong>Deliver compelling product pitches and demos</strong> that turn interest into commitment</p>
<p><br>๐ <strong>Handle objections with confidence</strong> and engage decision-makers at owner & management level</p>
<p><br>๐ค <strong>Collaborate closely with internal teams</strong> (Sales Enablement, Product, etc.) to share insights and improve performance</p>

<h3><strong>๐ Youโll Be a Great Fit If You:</strong></h3>

<li>Several years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in the SMB or upmarket SMB segment<br><br></li>
<li>Proven success in full-cycle sales with clear quota responsibility<br><br></li>
<li>Experience in cold calling, structured lead generation, and pipeline building<br><br></li>
<li>Ability to understand more complex customer needs and sell in a consultative, value-based manner<br><br></li>
<li>Strong German skills (C2 or native level) and strong English proficiency<br><br></li>
<li>High level of self-motivation, a hunter mentality, and strong ownership<br><br></li>
<li>Interest in technology, payment solutions, and working with entrepreneurs<br><br></li>
