### What you´ll do - Strong understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices - Experience with Workday Talent modules - Knowledge of Skills-based HR approaches and frameworks - Ability to translate strategy into scalable system solutions - Strong stakeholder management across global environments - Structured and concept-driven thinking combined with execution strength ### What makes you a good fit - Bachelor/Master degree in in computer science, information security, or a related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale HCM implementations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping, migration, validation) with a strong focus on data quality and risk mitigation - Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, governance, and lifecycle across countries Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve security challenges - Problem-Solver & Communicator - Fluent English skills
