What you can expect - Design and develop innovative automation and Operational Technology (OT) solutions for warehouse and air cargo handling processes. - Lead complex automation projects from technology selection and vendor management through to successful implementation and commissioning. - Evaluate emerging technologies, support pilot projects, and contribute to international rollouts. - Analyze and optimize operational processes while driving strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and performance. - Advise management on automation and technology-related topics and share your expertise across the organization. Ihr Profil: What you'll bring - Master's degree (or equivalent) in Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Around 8–10 years of experience delivering complex automation projects in an operational environment. - Proven experience with international rollouts and modern automation and Operational Technology (OT) solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach. - Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Fluency in German and English.
