Job description

What you'll do - Build and manage pricing for our travel packages including flights, hotels, and transfers - Create smart margin calculations for our online offers for the brands EWH, HLM and TZO - Keep a sharp eye on profitability across all products - Drive dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy - Turn data into clear, actionable pricing decisions - Evaluate and analyze your pricing decisions and adjust them based on your findings - Analyze booking trends and key performance KPIs - Keep track of market movements and competitors - Develop forecasts that guide our commercial strategy - Capacity Steering - Monitor availability of flight contingents and hotel allotments - Develop promotion ideas and provide special deal calculations - Ensure we’re making the most out of every seat and every room - Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Purchasing - Act as a key sparring partner across teams when it comes to commercial decisions - Be part of a small, dynamic team with high ownership and the opportunity to develop and implement new ideas Ihr Profil: What you'll need - Background in tourism, business, or a comparable commercial field - Min. 5-7 years of experience in Yield / Revenue Management or touristic pricing - Experience with yield systems as well as analytical dashboards - Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) What you'll bring - A sharp analytical mindset, numbers affinity, and strategic thinking - Confidence to challenge, decide, and drive outcomes - Solid communication skills
