Product Leader (Agent Platform)

### **About the role** At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development. It will be deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments. This is a long-term strategic investment for JetBrains and a key pillar of our vision for the future of software development. We are now looking for a Senior Product Leader to own and drive the development of our enterprise agent platform, including seat-based governance, ROI/TCO dials on AI spend, hybrid cloud support, and public APIs. This role requires someone who has operated at large tech scale (e.g. M2/L7+) or as a VP of Product in a high-growth B2B startup, and who can combine long-term platform vision with disciplined, incremental delivery. You will partner across engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, and customer success to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that make our platform the operational backbone for hybrid and cloud-native adoption at scale. ### **In this role, you will:** - Define and execute the roadmap for the platform’s control and execution planes. - Lead the development of key platform primitives and console UX. - Shape hybrid cloud and enterprise readiness capabilities. - Define and deliver public APIs for enterprise extensibility. - Align cross-functional teams around priorities and measurable outcomes. - Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners at the VP+ level. - Define KPIs and drive disciplined execution. ### **We will be happy to have you on our team if you are:** - A senior product leader with C-suite accountability. - Experienced in building platform, governance, or developer tooling products. - Strong in both strategy and execution, with no tendency toward “big bang” thinking. - Comfortable working with enterprise customers and hybrid environments. - An excellent communicator and cross-functional leader. - Data-driven and outcome-oriented. ### **We would be especially thrilled if you have:** - Experience with RBAC/ABAC or multi-tenant systems. - A background in hybrid/cloud SaaS. - Experience running design partner programs. **Why join JetBrains?** - Strong base salary.
