Your Mission
Make People Operations fast, frictionless, and invisible to the business – so employees never feel it, and so the company can scale without growing Operations headcount at the same pace. You'll get there through process improvement, smart automation and AI.
And because you've worked across both sides of the People function – Business Partnering and Operations – you bring judgement, not just execution. You know when a process needs to be perfect, and when "fast and good enough" is the right call.
Your Impact
People Operations leadership
Lead and develop the People Operations and Payroll team.
Own the operating model and service standard for how P&C shows up for the business – reliable, fast, low-friction.
Build a team and a set of processes that scale with the company.
Automation & efficiency
Apply AI and automation systematically across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, data management, day-to-day admin. You know how to push the boundaries whilst keeping our data safe, and staying compliant.
Own our People tooling stack (Personio and beyond): configuration, integrations, continuous improvement.
Don't just optimise existing processes - redesign them. Use AI, automation, and smart systems to eliminate manual work and build People Operations that scales.
Employee experience
Make sure efficient never means impersonal – build in the moments that matter for a remote/hybrid, multi-country workforce.
Be the standard-bearer for service quality: Employees should experience People Operations as responsive, effortless, and genuinely helpful.
Payroll, compliance & policy
Own payroll governance and vendor coordination across our entities.
Coordinate our Employer of Record (EOR) relationships.
Ensure GDPR compliance and labour law alignment across a multi-entity, multi-country setup.
Own policy creation and maintenance – clear, compliant, and actually used.
Strategic flex capacity
Take on projects beyond Ops (org design, talent, performance, comp & ben…) as priorities shift.
