Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital & Business Architect ERP (f/m) to join our Digital & ERP Transformation department based in Toulouse, France.


You will be part of a team developing the next-generation ERP transformation initiative. As part of the Industrial & Business Architecture team, you will be involved in defining the end-to-end digital architecture bridging engineering and shopfloor operations aiming at creating a seamless digital thread from 3D models to aircraft assembly

Your challenges:


  • Define and structure the Business Architecture approach within the overall framework of the transformation program.
  • Establish the Architecture Authority body within the program, covering organizational, process, competency, and digital dimensions.
  • Define the transformation sequence, integrating the various projects and prerequisites to be developed and deployed within operations.
  • Draft architecture decision documents and guide executive management as well as business teams in strategic and technological choices.
  • Design the end-to-end target functional architecture and evaluate the integration of new technologies to optimize the management of the industrial ecosystem.

Your boarding pass:


  • Academic background in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, PLM, and CRM solutions, applied to aerospace manufacturing processes and complex data structures.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise and Business Architecture practices (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN/SIPOC process modeling, master planning).
  • Proven experience in defining, structuring, and implementing business transformation programs.
  • Internal consultant mindset: strong synthesis skills, diplomacy, excellent communication, and the ability to constructively challenge business and digital teams toward standard solutions.
