As the Version Planer (d/m/w), you will play a crucial role within the A320 Program Management department based in Finkenwerder. You will ensure efficient collaboration and coordination across various operations teams including configuration management, production, engineering, procurement, and transport. Your tasks will contribute directly to delivering key objectives for the company, focusing on the on-time fulfillment of customer commitments. - Prepare, cascade, monitor, and control the Integrated Programme Planning to ensure robustness and relevance. - Anticipate and manage deviations in planning to maintain project schedules and optimize financial results. - Collaborate with cross-functional contracts and teams to balance commercial requirements with operational capabilities. - Establish and update end-to-end Integrated Version Planning for key versions of interest (HoV and VoI). - Represent Integrated Planning in Fulfill Customer Order (FCO) Core Teams and Multifunctional Teams. - Contribute to lead-time recovery and reduction projects to enhance productivity. - Adhere to departmental frameworks for structured, results-oriented project executions. #### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: We are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to manage complex integrated planning processes within an international and multifaceted environment.
