Wir gestalten Zukunft – gemeinsam **Stellenbeschreibung ** Als Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für zentrale HR-Anwendungen und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen HR-Systemlandschaft. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie Prozessberatung, Lösungsdesign und Applikationsverantwortung, um moderne und effiziente HR-Prozesse zu schaffen. Gemeinsam mit internationalen Stakeholdern treiben Sie Innovationen voran, optimieren bestehende Lösungen und sorgen für eine nahtlose Integration von SAP SuccessFactors mit SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur und ServiceNow. Working across SAP SuccessFactors and integrated enterprise platforms, you will design innovative solutions, drive continuous improvements, and ensure a seamless user experience for our global organization.
