Job Description:

We are looking for a Process and Performance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team ‘Third-Party-Logistics Management Inbound’ in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel to the earliest possible start date.

We are a team with diverse profiles co-developing inbound and inventory processes across our Hamburg logistics sites, driving continuous operational improvement and logistics transformation in an international setup.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

People & Culture: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion and high performance in an international setup
Process Improvements: Analyzing and improving inbound and inventory processes together with our logistics service provider to ensure high quality and performance
Performance Management: Defining, implementing and following up on performance recovery and continuous improvement measures
Logistics Transformation: Developing layouts, processes, equipment and tools along our logistics transformation in Hamburg with a primary focus on our Fuhlsbüttel site, alongside Wilhelmsburg
Partnership and Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus
Data & Analytics: Capturing and analyzing material management data using G-Suite, Skywise and SAP datasets for data-driven decision-making

ABOUT YOU

Educated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline

Several years of professional experience in supply chain logistics, inventory controlling, lean methodology and KPI management
Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Value Stream Analysis, ideally within the aviation aftermarket or manufacturing industry
Practical experience with core operational systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a solutions-oriented and pragmatic mindset
Business fluency in English and German
