To strengthen the Chair of Social Business (Prof. Dr. Karin Kreutzer) we are looking for a part-time research & teaching assistant (f/m/d) to start on August 1 (or later), 2026 for the location Oestrich-Winkel. The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Ihre Aufgabe
Conduct independent and collaborative research in social entrepreneurship, CSR, and related fields
Contribute to research projects and aim to publish in international academic journals
Assist in teaching (e.g., tutorials, grading, student support)
Support the preparation of teaching materials, presentations, and administrative tasks at the chair
Ihr Profil
Strong interest in pursuing a Doctorate in the area of Social Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, or Nonprofit Management
Excellent English
Experience with qualitative research is an advantage
Proactive, flexible team player with good analytical abilities
