Are you ready to launch your career as a Aircraft Test Engineer (d/f/m)? This position engages directly with cutting-edge aviation systems. Based in Finkenwerder, you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering Ground Test Instructions (GTIs) and Re-Test Instructions (RTIs) for the A320 family, covering sites in Hamburg, Tianjin, and Alabama. Your work will actively contribute to the aerospace industry's advancement, ensuring that modifications and function tests meet the highest standards. Working full-time, you’ll immerse yourself in an intricate role that bridges engineering ingenuity with operational excellence. - You will plan and design functional tests such as GTIs and RTIs based on construction documents and Ground Test Requirements (GTR). - You will engage in transnational coordination and evaluate the feasibility of GTR content. - You will monitor modifications, validating their impact on existing and newly developed GTIs. - You will ensure complete implementation of GTR in aircraft-specific GTIs. - You will provide direct support during the execution of function tests and troubleshoot issues within aircraft and test systems. - You will be instrumental in the development and improvement of testing tools and facilities. - You will plan, execute, and supervise projects focused on reducing function test costs. - You will contribute to upgrading the test system's specifications following any aircraft modifications. - Based on your expertise, you will participate in troubleshooting critical issues, including Ground Test Instructions-related resolutions up to Rejected Take-Off (RTO). #### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: If you are keen to take on a challenging and technical role in the aviation industry, this position might be perfect for you. Below are the qualifications and skills required for this role: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field. - Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in aviation, electronics, engineering, or technical documentation. - Proficiency with tools such as SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and zamiz, along with familiarity with Google Workspace environments. - Strong technical understanding of communication and information systems, with over three years of expertise. - Fluent in English (advanced working proficiency) and German (proficiency). - Demonstrated ability to grasp and analyze complex technical designs and workflows. - A proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach to project management and teamwork. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization. - Willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times per year and work on-call occasionally. #### Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support you in excelling professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
