To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Staff Assistant (Disaster, Emergency, Pire Prev.)** (m/w/d) What tasks will you be responsible for in particular? • Cooperate closely with HQ Security Section regarding security and emergency related tasks, like training, exercises and access regulations. • Assist in the recording and data maintenance of internal staff data. • Assist in executing of security and emergency plans, guidelines and directives as tasked from the Branch Head SES. • Assist the Branch Head SES in coordinating internal and external emergency personnel. • Assist and supports JSEC HQ events in line with the JSEC, HN and NATO regulations regarding emergency, disaster and fire protection/prevention topics. • Contribute to personnel, material and organizational protection measures. • Assist operational readiness (material, IT) during peacetime, exercises and operations. • Assist in monitoring and managing of SES Branch Mailbox. • Support security and emergency trainings and exercises. • Participate in security-related trainings in order to maintain proficiency. **What should you bring with you?** • Secondary or equivalent education and completed vocational training in an emergency or security related field. • Experienced working knowledge in administrative tasks acquired through at least 2 years recent job related experience. • MS Office skills. • Interaction with senior officers, governmental officials and community representatives at local, national and international levels. • Secretarial and administrative support. • Good written and oral communication skills in English and German. • You can provide evidence of a current Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2) security clearance, or you must be willing to participate in an extended security clearance process in accordance with the Security Clearance Act.
