### **Main Responsibilities** - Handle export and import operations for Ocean and air freight, including booking and shipment tracking - Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and shippers - Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., B/L, AWB) and provide customer service support ### **Qualifications & Skills** - **Industry Experience:** 2 years of hands-on Ocean forwarding experience - **Language Skills:** German and English (both required), Japanese (preferred) - **Other Skills:** Strong administrative accuracy; good knowledge of Incoterms ### **Working Conditions** - **Holidays:** Weekends and public holidays / 30 days annual leave - **Working Hours:** 08:00–17:00 (1hour break), on-site work
