Business Development & Innovation Manager (m/f/diverse)

- Identification of new business and growth areas in aviation training - Conducting market, trend, and competitive analyses with a focus on new technologies and methods - Initiating, supporting, and managing innovation and research projects - Developing and implementing pilot projects and proofs of concept - Ensuring a transparent innovation and decision-making process - Establishing an Innovation Competence Center - Maintaining a network of internal experts as well as technology partners, startups, universities, and research institutions - Representing LAT at innovation events, conferences, and industry networks - Managing the Research, Development & Strategy portfolio - Providing advice on financing and funding for innovation initiatives Ihr Profil: What you bring to the table - A successfully completed college degree, preferably in business, innovation management, engineering, or a related field - Experience in business development, innovation management, strategy, or a comparable field - Interest in new technologies, particularly in the areas of digitalization, AI, and automation - Experience in developing business cases and evaluating new business opportunities - Strong communication and networking skills - A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work - Very good German and English language skills
