Join us in shaping the future of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group! - Independently managing and coordinating the budget and forecast, including monitoring targets and resource allocation; overseeing the monthly closing process - Analysis and reporting of plan/actual variances, as well as deriving recommendations for action - Conducting special analyses and collaborating on or supporting strategic projects - Supporting decision-making proposals and profitability analyses - Close collaboration with relevant departments within the LAT Group and, where applicable, the Lufthansa Group - Further development of the content and methodology of planning and management systems and the methods used Ihr Profil: You stand out for your enthusiasm for the continuous improvement of your workplace. With a clear focus on change, you seize the opportunity to actively help shape positive changes. - Degree in economics, business informatics, or similar, with 3–5 years’ controlling experience - Airline industry experience is a plus - Strong numerical and statistical skills - Clear communication at management and customer levels - Ability to present complex content tailored to the audience and switch between detailed analysis and the big picture - Strategic thinking and process understanding - Solid knowledge of statistical methods and relevant software (SAP CO; MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint) - Interest in continuous learning - Advanced German and good English skills
