We are looking for a UK Nominee Director to fulfil a formal company appointment and assist with basic compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational position with minimal involvement. The initial setup may take approximately 1–2 hours, with occasional tasks required throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold the appointed UK Nominee Director position.
Sign company and bank account documentation remotely when required.
Assist with occasional corporate compliance matters.

Compensation:

£100 - £125 per month.
