In order to support the Technical Planning Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
# **Engineering Technical Planning and Scheduling (d/f/m)**
Integrated Function Planning is a support function to the three backbones of Engineering: the Chief Engineers, the Centres of Competence (CoCs), and Top Management. It is involved in all workload and workforce processes across the Engineering perimeter of Air Power, meaning workload planning, management and reporting, as well as scheduling activities.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with work package management, bid coordination, and workload planning processes across key Engineering programmes—such as Eurofighter—supporting CoCs and Chief Engineering. The diverse nature of technical planning tasks makes this role particularly attractive for candidates seeking insight into company-wide and programme-specific performance.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Manage high level and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities for Eurofighter.
- Update scheduling into Unified Planning Tool (UP)
- Control of deviations in schedule and support the Chief Engineering office in the control of the programme schedule.
- Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning. Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning.
- Be focal point within Engineering with other organizations involved in the programme (Programmes, Operations, Services, ….) forscheduling tasks.
- Support the execution of the annual budget planning: OP/EACs/Forecast
- Assist in the coordination and management of workload
- Contribute to the coordination of Engineering offers, from Kick-off Meeting (KoM) to delivery to Finance for formalization
- Support Chief Engineers (CE) and CoCs in executing internal engineering processes
**Desired skills and qualifications**
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience in planning activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Adaptive and flexible in a changing environment
- Curious mindset and interest in developing innovative solutions
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
