Airbus Commercial in Bremen is looking for a
**Supply Chain Quality Manager for Aircraft Wing Moveables (d/f/m)**
The Supplier Chain Quality Management (SCQM) department acts as the primary operational interface with suppliers, driving end-to-end performance from initial assessment and selection during tendering through to serial production. Utilizing standard management tools, the team ensures on-time, on-quality delivery while governing compliance, quality approvals, and certification requirements. The department monitors new product introductions, transfers of work, and industrial qualifications to guarantee maturity before serialization. Additionally, the team evaluates supplier capacity, identifies industrial risks, and executes short-term recovery plans when disruptions occur. Finally, the department leads long-term supplier development and performance improvement projects while regularly reporting on operational metrics.

**SCQM Accountabilities**
- Strong collaboration with suppliers to ensure On Time and On Quality deliveries in order to deliver parts to all customers (FinalAssemblyLines and Plants).
- Work in partnership with suppliers to support their development.
- Ensure compliance of suppliers and products to applicable requirements with all relevant contributors.
- Contribute to the Supply Chain voice in the Multi-Functional Team (MFT) including program, engineering, customer services, buyer, etc.
**Your Tasks**
- Managing delivery recoveries / securing deliveries.
- Responsible for the surveillance of your supplier regarding process capability and product quality.
- Part of the supplier MFT and the supplier evaluation.
- Introduction and surveillance of Airbus Supplier standards.
- Handling of supplier disruptions.
- Proactive supplier improvement due to supplier projects.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-year degree in Engineering or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, purchasing or supply chain.
- Technical Experience: Experience in metallic and composite assemblies.
- Project Management: Project management experience, specifically in performance or efficiency improvement projects.
- Quality & Methods: Experience with supplier surveillance, quality methods, and APQP knowledge.
- Fluent English is required; German and French language skills are a plus.
- Key Attributes: Stress resistance/resilience, good personal organization, collaborative mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pluses: Assessor/Auditor skills.
- The job will require you to be able to travel frequently.
