Your tasks: - Manage the day-to-day operations of customer service products throughout theirlifecycle, ensuring smooth execution across all European markets - Work closely with the Service Operations and Warranty teams to align operationalrequirements, define business needs, and ensure customer service products and claimsprocesses are effectively implemented and continuously improved - Create, maintain, and continuously improve claims policies, reimbursement procedures,and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance - Monitor product performance through KPIs, identify operational issues, and drivecorrective actions - Act as the key operational contact for internal stakeholders, markets, retailers, andexternal service providers regarding customer service products and claims processes - Prepare operational reports, process documentation, training materials, and user manualsto support product execution and market readiness - Provide operational support and guidance to markets and retailers, ensuring consistentapplication of customer service products and claims procedures Your profile: - You have a degree in business administration, engineering, automotive management, or acomparable qualification - You have 1–3 years of experience in customer service operations, aftersales, productoperations or warranty preferably within the automotive industry. - Good understanding of customer service processes, claims handling, reimbursementprocedures, and operational workflows - Experience working with customer service systems, warranty or claims managementplatforms, and cross-functional IT projects is considered an advantageFamiliarity with AI-powered productivity tools and their application in operationalprocesses is considered a plus - Excellent English communication skills.
