Job description

We are looking for a Nominee Director to provide UK-based representation for a company. The position is part-time and non-operational, requiring minimal involvement. Around 1–2 hours may be required during the initial setup, with only occasional tasks thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the required UK Nominee Director appointment.

  • Remotely sign company and bank account documentation when needed.

  • Support occasional corporate and administrative requirements.

Compensation:

£100 - £125 per month.
