Als technischer Experte überprüfen Sie abgeschlossene Aufgaben auf Qualität und stellen sicher, dass Ihr Team es jedes Mal beim ersten Mal richtig macht! Sie unterstützen die Analyse und Kostenverhandlungen für Projekte und Auftragnehmer und führen die gesamte erforderliche Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung der Arbeitszeiten durch. Sie kommunizieren mit internen Kollegen und externen Parteien sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch. Das ist für Sie natürlich selbstverständlich! Wenn die technischen Zeichnungen in die Werkstatt kommen, können Sie sie kompetent interpretieren und den für die Arbeit erforderlichen Arbeits- und Materialaufwand berechnen. Das ist schließlich der Grund, warum Sie als Fachexperte bekannt sind! Wenn Sie sehen, dass Ihr Team eine helfende Hand braucht, krempeln Sie gerne die Ärmel hoch und machen sich an die Arbeit mit der physischen und praktischen Seite des Jobs. Sie könnten alles tun, von der Schädlingsbekämpfung über das Schneiden von Schlüsseln bis hin zur Überprüfung der Öltanks und einer Vielzahl allgemeiner Heimwerkeraufgaben. Wenn Baumaterialien gesammelt werden müssen, springen Sie in den Van und holen sie ab. Langeweile wird dir sicher nicht!
