## **Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:** Program & Business Leadership - Define and execute the growth strategy for the short-term rental business - Set clear performance targets and ensure sustainable, profitable growth Operational & Financial Steering - Oversee rental operations and ensure high service quality and asset utilization - Define and track KPIs to improve performance across markets - Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the rental program Stakeholder & Network Management - Align closely with Controlling, Finance, Marketing and Sales Management - Collaborate with local wholesale hubs to ensure seamless execution - Strengthen and develop the CLAAS sales partner network Risk & Compliance - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations - Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks ## **Ihr Profil:** - Entrepreneurial mindset - Financial and KPI-driven approach.
