TASKS WITH IMPACT
* Own and manage group-wide Working Capital and Cash Flow planning (indirect method under IFRS) in close collaboration with local entities as well as Group Treasury and Accounting
* Analyze, monitor and optimize Working Capital performance, identifying improvement opportunities and providing actionable recommendations to management
* Develop, maintain and enhance reporting structures and key performance indicators (e.g. DSO, DPO, DIO and Cash Conversion Cycle) to improve capital efficiency
* Perform variance analyses as part of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare management-oriented presentations of findings and recommendations
* Prepare forecasts, scenario analyses and decision-support materials for senior management
* Continuously improve controlling tools, processes and systems to increase transparency, efficiency and automation
* Collaborate closely with domestic and international stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements in Working Capital performance and cash generation

In addition to these competencies, the following skills and qualifications are particularly
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or a comparable qualification
* Several years of relevant professional experience in Working Capital Management, Cash Flow Management, Corporate Finance or Controlling
* Strong expertise in Cash Flow analysis and Working Capital management
* Experience within the retail, trading or a similarly operational business environment is advantageous
* Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles, particularly Cash Flow Statement preparation and analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and results-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and reporting systems
* Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
