We are partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in Italy.
In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones. You will guide customers through troubleshooting, product usage, and problem resolution while ensuring an excellent overall experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment with the latest technology.
Your Role
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones.
Assist customers with setup, functionality, and maintenance guidance.
Educate users on features, firmware updates, and common usage issues.
Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical problems.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Your Qualifications
Native or fluent Italian (C1 level)
Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
Previous experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus
